Prepare a precise report
Choose the details relevant to your message. A short, verifiable description helps locate the problem.
Information to correct
Provide the URL, exact passage, proposed correction and a dated public source. Distinguish a factual error from disagreement with an interpretation.
A link that no longer works
Identify the starting page, link text, public destination and observed error. Remove access tokens and private information from URLs.
A reading or usability problem
Describe the task, device or browser, steps and observed result. For keyboard problems, identify the element where navigation gets stuck.
An organisation profile to update
Give the exact name, profile URL and affected field: host, team type, sector or membership date. Include a public reference issued by the organisation or FIRST and the date consulted. Distinguish the change date from the publication date. Avoid copying private contacts or incident details.
Share only information needed for scoping; access details and sensitive documents require a separately agreed channel.
